- Brief Physical Description: On the large side, Frank has a mildly darker complexion as a human. He tended towards single color t-shirts and blue jeans when he could wear them. In his energy form Frank is a twelve foot ever changing humanoid/spherical shape. His shape is distinguished by swirling colors that run over his form. Somewhat Akin to a Starcraft Arkon
- Mutant Power(s): Frank has turned into a being of living Kinetic energy. He generates the energy himself and does not seem to be running out of supply any time soon. He does not know how to turn back or even if he can.
- Extents: Frank kinetically pushes against anything he touches, often explosively destroying whatever it is he's come in contact with. With determination Frank can exert sufficient force to annilate osmium steel. Frank cannot be touched, he will repel anything that touches him. The swirls of color on his kinetic form are large concentrations of air molecules bouncing off him. Frank does not have a physical form, other energy will pass harmlessly through him, vibrations and sounds will be more effected by him than he will be by them. There is always a constant low buzz of noise whenever Frank moves. He talks in a low rumble. Instead of seeing he feels movement in his kinetic form, down to a sub atomic level.
He has not had physical human contact since he transformed.
Frank has learned how to store up his kinetic energy and release it in a manner that launches him through the air over vast distances, in a similar manner to the Hulk's leaping.
- Psychological background: Frank is surprisingly psychologically resilient despite having gone through a great deal of trauma. Frank is driven and friendly. He has some covert goal for his life, and is extremely friendly and easy to talk to.
- Interests: Philosophy and theology mostly. SInce his transformation Frank has taken on a new appreciation for physics. He was a cross country/track runner and football lineman in High school in NY.
- Quirks: Frank sees the world as a very ironic place, when he's not actively trying to stop himself from blowing it up.
- Religion: Evangelical Christian
- First Mutant experience: Marcus Lee returned to visit his ex-wife, Sally, Frank's mother. An abusive man, he used to beat Sally and Frank before Sally moved away. After Marcus tracked them down, Frank, now a large high school football lineman, met his estranged step-father at the door to Frank's family's apartment. Leading the man away from the apartment and down a back alley the two duked it out. Marcus eventually got the upper hand and was about to crush Frank with a lead pipe when Frank's power manifested itself. Marcus was killed in the explosion and the warehouse they were fighting near was almost destroyed.
Frank had little control of his power then. He made his way to the edge of the city, Spiderman fighting him along the way. Frank tried to jump into the hudson river and accidentally launched himself westward, where he damaged a small town and ran amuck there until he exploded himself southward into an army fort. There he battled a battalion of soldiers and an armored unit until he figured out how he triggered his explosive launches. He left there for a forest in South Carolina where he learned to contain his power enough to not explode on contact with everything he touches.
Soon after he was contacted by one of Xavier's agents and was brought to Loralton. His family believes Frank died in the same explosion that killed Marcus Lee.
- General History: Frank never knew his father. He was a terror as a child, a bully and a brute. His mother couldn't afford daycare and he grew up on the streets, eventually joining a gang. His mother remarried twice, once to Marcus Lee, whom she soon left and then to John Durango, her current husband.
Marcus beat both Sally and Frank and this did nothing to help Frank learn to behave in a civilized manner. It wasn't until he was 15 that Jessica James, a girl he liked, invited him to youth group. Things didn't work out with Jessica. However, his life changed around after he came to Christ at a youth group retreat. He left the gang, and the streets and turned his mind to theology and philosophy. He spent time running long distances to think and a teacher at his school convinced him to try out for a few different sports teams. Frank eventually became a starting lineman for his football team and in his junior year he was one of the team's star players.
Then Marcus Lee returned to Frank's life. (See first use of power)
- Reason for coming to Loralton Academy: It was better than being on the run from the government. He was approached by one of Xavier's agents and Loralton was the closest academy.
- Character Quote: Life's pretty good, all things considered.
